Aphrodite's Proudly Offers a One-Year Warranty.
At Aphrodite's, we fully stand behind the jewelry we sell. Therefore, all of our gold jewelry and 925 sterling silver jewelry pieces are covered by a one year warranty beginning the day when the original order was received.

Warranty Terms and Conditions

• The customer is responsible for shipping costs to send the item(s) back to us.
• The customer must include the order number within the package. Packages with no enclosed order number will not be processed.
• The customer should ensure that the jewelry is safely packed to ship. We will not be responsible for any lost or stolen jewelry.
• When sending back the jewelry, the customer must use a shipping method with tracking information. Packages with no tracking information will not be processed.
• Aphrodite's reserves the right to void the warranty on any items showing signs of modification, abuse, or damage beyond "normal wear", as determined by our jewelry professionals.
